Barcelona en Septiembre y fin de año 2011/2012 / Barcelona during September and new year 2011/2012

He tenido la oportunidad de visitar está interesante ciudad, que a donde sea que volteamos la cabeza, hay algo interesante que observar...Barcelona!

Para todos los gustos hay algo que podamos encontrar en esta ciudad: fútbol, moda, historia, arte, un lugar para conocer a varia gente local o quizá de otros países que también están de visita, o han decidido volver a Barcelona en su nuevo hogar u hogar transitorio.  Esto y mucho más es lo que se puede apreciar en está increíble ciudad.  Es en esta entrada que les muestro algunas fotos de mi viaje durante Septiembre y finales de Diciembre (2011) y principios de Enero 2012.

Ambas visitas sumamente distintas en cuanto al clima.  Septiembre: calor, calor, calor!!!  Y fin de año, para mi sorpresa un clima realmente templado, ni frío ni calor, un clima casi perfecto (para mi gusto) :-)

Además de Barcelona, están los sitios de Sitges y Montserrat, ambos poblados se encuentran próximos a la ciudad, los cuales son bastante bellos y vale la pena que si están por Barcelona aprovechen y se den una vuelta por ahí.

Haber que opinan de mis fotos y sobre todo de estos lugares.

I had the opportunity to visit an interesting city, where each time we turn around our head there is something to see...Barcelona!

There is something for every taste that we can find in this city: football (or soccer), fashion, history, art, a place to meet local people or maybe from other countries that are traveling around, or had decided to make Barcelona in their new home or short term home.  This and so much more is what you can appreciate of this incredible city.  In this entry I will show you some of the photos I took during my trip in September and by the end of December (2011) and the beginning of January 2012.

Both visits were very different in terms of the weather.  September: hot, hot, hot!!! and by the end of the year, well it was a surprise for me that it was mild, nor hot nor cold, a weather almost perfect (at least for me) :-)

Also, you will see photos from Sitges and Montserrat, both towns are near the city of Barcelona, which are really beautiful and its worth that you visit them if you have time and are around Barcelona.

A day in Central London / Un día en el centro de Londres

Qué me paso??? Hace rato que no escribo nada :-s

Aunque eso no significa que no he visitado lugares interesantes.  Al contrario, he tenido la oportunidad de ver varios lugares increíbles, y es por ello que próximamente los estaré publicando en mi blog :-)

Por ahora les quería compartir algunas fotografías que tome hace poco de la parte financiera de Londres.  Tantos edificios con elementos arquitectónicos interesantes, es una parte de la ciudad que recomiendo para ir a tomar fotos, y para saber más a cerca de la historia de Londres.

What happen? Its been so long since I haven't written anything :-s

Although that doesn't mean that I haven't visited any interesting places.  On the contrary, I had the opportunity to see several amazing places, and its because of that, that very soon I'll be blogging about it :-)

For now I want to share with you some photos that I took some days ago of the financial part of London.  There are a lot of buildings with interesting architectonic elements, its a part of the city that I truly recommend if you want to take photos, and also to know more about the history of London.

A small sculpture in the Bank of England.  The Bank of England or Governor and Company of the Bank of England was created in 1694, its the second oldest central bank of the world, after the Bank of Sveriges Riskbank in Sweden. / Una pequeña escultura en el Banco de Inglaterra.  El Banco de Inglaterra o Gobernador y Compañía del Banco de Inglaterra fue creado en 1694, y es el segundo banco mundial más antiguo del mundo, después del Banco Sveriges de Suecia.

Costa Rica (San Jose y Puerto Viejo) (PARTE 2/ PART 2)

Que tal! hace ya un poco más de un año que tuve la oportunidad de visitar Costa Rica.  La verdad es que me encanto, es un lugar bien bonito, que para todo aquel que este pensando en ir, no hay que pensar más, vayan!!!  Se los recomiendo :-)


Hello! over a year ago I had the opportunity to visit Costa Rica.  I really loved the country, its really beautiful, and if someone is thinking of going there, don't think too much, just go!!! I really recommend Costa Rica :-)


Esta es una continuación de la mi primera entrada con el mismo nombre pero parte 1 que también la pueden buscar en el blog.  En la primera parte solo puse fotografías de Puerto Viejo, que se encuentra del lado del Océano Atlántico, cerca de la frontera de Panamá, a cuatro horas de camino de San José, tomando un bus.  Me encantó esa playa y el pueblo porque tiene un ambiente bohemio, relajado y también tuve la oportunidad de bucear ahí, que también se lo recomiendo a todos aquellos que buscan destinos para bucear (costo de dos inmersiones US$100, con equipo).


This post is the next part of my first entry with the same name but part 1, which you can also find here in my blog.  In the first part I only put some pics from Puerto Viejo, which is located in the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, near the Panama frontier, its almost four hours from San José, taking a bus.  I really loved the beach and the town because it has a bohemian feel, its really lay back, and I also had the opportunity to scuba dive there, which is something that I really recommend to all of those who are looking for places to scuba dive (the prize was US$100 for two immersions, with equipment).

Durante mi viaje también tuve la oportunidad de conocer San José, Costa Rica. Es una ciudad bastante tranquila y bonita.  Pude ir a la Universidad de Costa Rica para un evento sobre Patrimonio Cultural, y también pude ir a varios museos.


During my trip I also had the opportunity to see San José, Costa Rica.  Its a very calm and nice city.  I had the chance to visit Costa Rica University for an event about Cultural Patrimony, and I also had the opportunity to visit several museums.
